Account Executive is responsible in managing customers relationship. You will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal account executive has a proven experience in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Works with Creative Director, Account Director, and graphic designers, as a team, on assigned accounts to determine client needs and campaign strategies.
• Develops materials for presentation decks.
• Briefing the creative team who will produce the artworks
• Remains current on industry trends and new technology.
• Remains current on client’s brand and brand standards.
• Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
• Checking and reporting on the campaign's progress

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as account executive or sales/customer service role in an agency industry setting
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Strong presence and presentation skills
• Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Capable of accepting and understanding creative direction and working in a team environment
• Knowledge of market research
• Strong Command of the Burmese language – a must
• Proficient in English
• Knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Demonstrates solid project management skills to assist project managers in work estimates and planning.
• Self-starter, diligent, committed, punctual, organized and multi-tasker.
• Solid understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
• Team player
• Highly imaginative and creative

Working Time:
From Monday to Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
