Account Manager/Director

Job Description:
• Independently serve a number of clients (both International and domestic) across communication strategy and execution functions.
• Have a good understanding about consumers, market and available media.
• Perform competitive analysis and from it develop insights in regular intervals as well as on ad-hoc assignments.
· Ensure all team members and support functions are fully aware of and understand Clients business objectives.
· Engage with senior-level clients to deliver solutions that effectively, efficiently build business and brand value. Build relationships with these Clients based on trust and real partnerships.
· Work with Clients to arrive at the best process/systems for managing their business.
· Account Manager reports to the Client Service Manager (Advertising Account Manager)
· Responsible for the smooth running of campaigns for Client(s) under agreed budget and timeframe, with corporation of other department personnel in Agency and outside third party suppliers
· Responsible to put the proposal, present the creative works and estimate cost to Client

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications
• Education: Minimum of A Bachelor's degree in relevant field required, a Diploma in management & administration or Marketing will be a plus

• Experience: Account Manager/Director position must have 2 to 5 years experience in Advertising, Sales and Marketing of FMCG, Beverages or Pharmaceutical products or Services in Myanmar

• Skill:
o Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Good command of English in both written and verbal
o Must be initiative and self-motivated
o Be independent, a problem killer and a high performer
o Proactive with “can do” attitude
o Attention to detail and strong organizational understanding are required
o The ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
