Job Description

• Deploys all sales action with our partners/ distributors assigned, in order to maximizing the business with them. Responsible to develop the transactional Sales channels in distribution and retail business in Yangon
• Identify key partners in the market to jointly develop each of SE’s Line of business products, validate the business case
• Identify and develop new markets and opportunities for SE
• Responsible for overall Retail Sales performance
• Monitor and visit customer to find out customer needs prepare and follow up quotation until get order/complete project and support in order to increase sales volume and margin
• Plan and forecast sales volume, propose price strategies in order to achieve company sales target with department head
• Gather market and competitor information, understand market needs under areas of responsibility in order to increase opportunity and potential of sales

Job Requirements

Requirement

• Preferred Education- BE (Electrical Power) or (Electrical)/ any suitable bachelor degree
• 3 or 5 years in retail sales business ideally in highly matrix organizations
• Sales Knowledge of Retail/Trade business industry and strong Marketing sense
• Good general knowledge of Electrical business, offers & channels
• Outstanding communication skills & cross-culturally open
• High on integrity and ethical values
• Strong drive, energy and ability to achieve
• Team player and enthusiastic personality
• Language: very good command of English
