We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with customers for FMCG industry. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities
* To operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
* To build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* To oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
* To negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
* To make sure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* To communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders clearly
* To develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
* To prepare reports on account status
* To collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Job Requirements

Skill and Requirement
* BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
* At least 4 years of professional experiences as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
* Solid experiences with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
* Strong experiences in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
* Must have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
