- To make ensure there must have authorization of all orders to goods & Services
- To make ensure to be produced a complete, timely and accurate recording of all liabilities for goods and services
- To make ensure that there must be documented evidence of receipt of goods and services to support distribution of company funds
- To maintain proper and accurate suppliers accounts and agency reconcile to the general ledger creditor control A/C
-To make ensure that the payable file and receipt file would be in properly and monthly keep.
