- Keep tracking of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders and invoices
- Tax Knowledge and calculating requirements on invoices
- Handling project by project expenses control and detail check
- Maintaining historical records by recording entry; verifying documentation.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and monthly accounts payable report
- Tracking Budget Expenses and make sure check within budget range
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Liaising with all vendors and bank to enquiry and reconcile balances
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Daily Cash Book Updated in system
- Quick response of email and phone answering which related with accounts payable matters
