Summary of Responsibility Scope:

Account Payable supervisor is responsible to handle disbursement of checks to its suppliers and forecast account payable to submit to finance committee approval.

Primary Job Descriptions:

Manages Account Payable including Vendor Relations, and handles all check disbursements
Implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company
guidelines.
Provides accounting assistance to project managers and operations staff; responds to financial questions/concerns to meet business
needs.
Perform account reconciliations with Client Account Managers, Client Financial Controller Cash department logistics and operation
teams.
Monitor invoice payments statistics and vendor behavior, terms and conditions with contacts or agreements.
Maintain AP vendors’ files and records with evidence documents can assist to Vendor Account Manager on the other hand for Auditable accounts.
AP Supervisor communicates with vendors, sub-cons and logistic teams for disbursements.
Report to Chief financial controller and present payable information by completed data and discuss with Treasury for budgets estimate planning, Check preparation planning, Currency Exchange planning, reviews and verified commitment and obligation to ensure accurate fund availability to process disbursements.

- LCCI Level I, II
- Age Between 25~28 years
- At Least 2 years in related Field
- IT Literate and Excellent in Microsoft Office (Must), any Accounting Software
- Basic English Language Proficiency
