Perform Record to Report processes which include maintenance of Inventory including system update, JE Costing and stock count.

• Posting batch of inventory
• Stock count for warehouse/ engineering
• Maximo and JDE integration
• Update Exchange rate
• Costing
• Reconciliation stock balances
• Preparing material usage

Job Requirements

 B.Com, Diploma in Accounting (LCCI, UK), ACCA Part 2
 3 years experience in Finance
 Have strong computer skills and be proficient in MS Office SuiteBe able to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines.
 Have the ability to work under pressure analytically and systematically.
 Demonstrates highly motivated strong team building skills with self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, team spirit and a “hands-on” mentality.
 Fluency in English, both verbal and written required
 Passion for driving continuous improvement with clear evidence of same in professional or business background
 Demonstrated experience in process management.
 Never Give-up and Positive Attitude
 Passionate, Responsible and Committed Person
 Excellent in Time Management
