Registration of Quotation & Contract from Marketing Dept
Issue Invoice, receipt note for Local & Oversea
Invoice submission to client
Daily data entry to SAP software
Prepare LC documents for oversea receivable
Liase with oversea bank for the paper work
Site meeting for the project payment
Collect payment from the client
Prepare form 31 for the client
Commercial Tax 5% Submit to IRD, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly
Recording of CT & WT
Monthly prepare the project progress claim
Monthly AR report to MD & CA
Prepare MD Sanction to made payment for Sub-con & CT 5%
Issue debit note & credit note for cashier to record
Prepare and Check cash withdraw

Job Requirements

B.Com or any graduate with CPA (Part I or II), ACCA (I, II) or LCCI III
5 years experience in accounting field
Can apply excel, word, accounting software (SAP)
