Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Daily accounting operation.
• Able to do Profit & Loss Balance Sheets.
• Handle projects expense and project cash flow.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Check and keep all invoices, (Sales Invoice, Goods Issue Vouchers, Goods Received Vouchers, Debit Vouchers & Credit Vouchers with Serial No.)
• Check monthly ground stock and reconcile with book balance.
• Data entries for all of stocks with M.S Excel.
• Data entries for all customer invoice, receipt & payment vouchers.
• Remind to employee for due vouchers and follow up over-due Invoices.
• Monitor all employees’ advance clearance.
• Check Salaries & OT. And, support to team if necessary.
• Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Accounting (LCCI Level III) and ACCA Knowledge
• At least (2) years above experience in Accounting & Reporting process.
• Have experience or familiar in construction company or related field.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and computerised accounting.
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
• Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.
• Must be honest and Integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure with deadline.
• Initiative
