Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Responsible for fixed assets, inventories, COGS and meet the month end closing deadline for multiple entities.
-Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset, inventory subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
-Ensure accurate recording of inventory/COS and checking with Delivery Report from supply chain and Usage Report from each stores.
-Site visit for twice a month and coordinate monthly and annual physical count and cash count.
-Perform system enhancement to improve on work processes as well as improve internal control and efficiency especially related with COGS.
-Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
-Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
-Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, inventories and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
-Following internal controls.

Job Requirements

-At Least 3 Years minimum experience in fixed assets and inventories accounting experience.
-Computer literate for MS word, and Outlook. Proficiency on Excel and accounting software.
-Forward and achieving of targets. Able to work along with subordinates peers and superiors.
