We are looking for individuals who are prepared to take a position. In the future Responsibilities include mainly in-charge of the Account Payables function, Intercompany Reconciliation, Fixed Asset, cash accounting, assistance with general ledger financial reporting, providing accounting support and analysis, financial close assistance and assistance with internal and external auditors as necessary.

1. Responsible for assisting in the process of financial reporting and accounting.
•In Charge of Account payable function from verifies payment and staff claim till payment arrangement.
• Collects and organizes accounting records while assuring proper records are kept in an orderly manner.
• Communicates coding distribution changes and reclasses as needed, ensuring appropriate communication and follow up.
• Prepares monthly prepaid expense journals and fixed asset journals for completeness and appropriateness.
• Creates amortization schedules for leases and loans, and assists in the proper accounting for these transactions.
• Assists with Inter-company accounting, reconciliations, invoicing and debtor management.
• Reviews and analyzes assigned general ledger accounts for financial close.
• Prepares and enters journal entries as necessary.
• Responsible for Balance Sheet account reconciliation, interacting with internal parties as needed to fully understand transactions and resolve issues.
•Responsible for completion of financial close reconciliation book for assigned entities.

2. Responsible for cash accounting and transaction recording.
• Works closely with Treasury department to ensure all daily banking transactions are recorded.
• Responsible for making sure daily cash account balances accurately reflect company’s financial position and can be discussed at any time.
• Completes Weekly Cash Report to be used for cash analysis by management.
• Reconciles all cash accounts for assigned entities.
• Interacts with banking institutions and web sites on cash matters as necessary. Keep good communications with bank officers.
4. Supports Accounting Manager to ensure that account reconciliations are completed in a timely manner and aids with internal reporting requirements for senior management.
• Assists with account activity reclasses and adjustments.
• Regularly reviews balance sheet and income statement account activity.
•Provides detailed analysis to management of variances and activity trends as necessary.
• Assists with preparation of month end reporting packages and other reporting requirements as required by senior management.


3. Assists with the preparation and lodgment of statutory requirements.
4. Assists with the payroll function as required.

Desired Skills and Experience
• Must be communicated in English.
• Above 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Auditing experiences would be advantaged.
• Must be used Excel and any accounting software.
• Must be able to work under pressure to meet assigned deadlines.
Minimum Required Qualifications
• Any graduate with LCCI Level III or B.Com would be advantaged.

Preferred Qualifications
• 3+years of experience in Accountant position.
• B Com
