Job Description:
(1) To ensure the accurate and timely reconciliation and payment to suppliers.

- creating and reconciling suppliers accounts.

- posting all purchases (purchase orders)

(2) To perform efficiently and effectively recording of cash for purchase/payment.

(3) To liaise with the store in-charge, and ensure the stocks are accurately recorded in the accounts and follow up the discrepancy.

(4) To ensure customer delivery order and progress billing are matched and followed up the discrepancy.

(5) To manage and maintain Company’s Asset register.

(6) Provide monthly report (cash flow statement, account payable statement, receivable statement) timely to the management.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
- At least (3) years experience with related Degree (or) LCCI Level III.

- Fluent in English.

- Candidate must be able willing to allocate at Nay Pyi Taw office.
