Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1 Liaise with project and marketing department for acknowledge of percentage of completion of infrastructure, sublease agreement of land or shop house and tenancy contract
2 Responsible to update contract register and soft copy of contracts
3 Responsible to track and ensure to bill and recognized monthly rental income according to rental agreements
4 Update the sales register and PO register on weekly and monthly basis
5 Control the open contracts register on monthly basis
6 Checking all recorded transactions in MYOB to ensure it is accurate and adequate in account and job classification
7 Reconciliation of Account Receivables and Payables on monthly basis
8 Reconciliation of bank statements on monthly basis
9 Assist finance manager in preparation of monthly and annual financial statement
10 Prepare the detail and the form for monthly submission of commercial tax
11 Check and certify the daily cash count with the junior accountants
12 Ad-hoc job as assigned by finance manager in closing accounts on monthly and annual basis

• B.com/ B.Act/ ACCA Part II/ LCCI III
• Full Set of Account
• Can be used MYOB Software
• Knowledge have Commercial Tax and Income Tax
• English Fair
• Minimum 2 years Exp in Accountant Position
