Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

*Please note that this is a 6-month temporary contract"

- Review accuracy of payment vouchers, TT forms, Cheque prepared by Treasury Accountant
- Review cash entry in software for 24 accounts
- Perform the matching of suppliers with payments
- Monitor and control all daily cash transaction
- Organize bank payments for 3 entities
- Manage online banking process (setting up wire transfer)
- Coordinate with the bank, buy and sell USD
- Monitor the cash transfer of 2 regional offices depending on cash requirement
- Prepare and submit weekly replenishment of cash for 2 regional offices after verifying weekly expenses
- Review and supervisor people who are responsible for petty cash, banking relationship and regional cash transactions
- Review and approve petty cash claims and advances
- Review reconciliation all bank payment accounts on monthly basis (for 24 accounts)
- Maintain and update purchase order related to CAPEX

Job Requirements

- An accounting professional diploma
- Minimum 3-year work experience in managing treasury in 80+ employees companies
- Minimum 2-year work experience in supervising a team
- Experience working in international/multinational company
- Experience working with professional accounting software
- Excellent MS office skills
- Ability to communicate in English-Myanmar with strong confidence
- Excellent in paying attention to details
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks by importance and deadlines
- Ability to clearly and comfortably delegates both routine and important tasks and decisions
- Excellent planning & Organizing skills
