• Present product via presentation and ensure customer understands the service offered, paper work and procedures• Collect complete forms and documents and make sure all sales related documents are passed to related department on time• Prepare contract, delivery schedule and complete sales in timely manner • Smoothen business transaction, follow up payment and delivery arrangement according to company and customer requirements• Negotiate, close deals and handle complaints • Build long-lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs as well as maintaining strong relationship with dealer• Build sales pipeline to ensure constant stream of sales• Progress towards targets and KPIs set by department head• Maintain up to date customer database• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences
• Any graduate preferably in relevant field• 4 years of work experience with minimum 2 year experience in automotive industry as sales.• Proficient in MS office and ERP software• Positive and can-do attitude• Comfortable with new business generation through cold calling• Good Communication and negotiation skills ( Required)• Must be able to communicate well in English • Must be able to travel • Must have driving license
