Prepare supplier invoices and verify that all invoices are accurately generated in regards to purchasing orders
Completing purchase orders
Coordinate with buying function and relevant, to ensure that invoices are generated accurately in regards to the company's terms and conditions for each supplier
Coordinate with finance manager to ensure that payment is made in a timely manner
Ensure that supplier products and services are delivered in regards to the agreed terms and conditions
Lead in managing payment receipts and tax invoice received from suppliers, to ensure that the company receive proof of payment
Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 year experience in related field
Bachelor Degree in related field or ACCA
Must be a good team player
Proficient in excel
