• Updating HRIS online system
• Preparation of monthly SSB and submission of PIT to Tax office
• Organizing and maintaining personnel records of the employees
• Prepare HR documents like employment contracts and new hire process
• Assist in recruitment and orientation process
• Assist in administration function to ensure office operational work
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and other qualifications such as HR certificate or diploma
• Intermediate level of written and verbal English
• Experience with HR software or HRIS system is preferable
• Good Knowledge in Labour law and rules & regulation
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Admin & HR field
• Proficiency computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Adobe)
• Effective communication skills, a positive working attitude is required
