Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Manage the staff within the Admin Department, with emphasis on discipline, accuracy, service and quality of work.
• Liaise with other government organizations for smooth operations of Company business.
• Responsible for areas in Insurance matters, including but not limited to – office premises, motor vehicles with Insurance agent/ Myanmar Insurance in accordance with the terms and conditions instructed by Management.
• Liaise & coordinate with Heads of Department and give Admin support for attendance & leave record.
• Arrange the Transportation matters, including but not limited to coordinate and assist for vehicle hiring, usage, fuel purchases and maintenance & repairing of company vehicles.
• Liaise with Government Communication Department and check to counter sign for expenses, monthly bills, repair and purchase of IT equipment and spares.
• Oversee/overview to support operations of Company business and ensure that there is effective information flow and that resources are employed efficiently throughout a business.
• Responsible to add value to Company by challenging the effectiveness of established procedures.
• Identify out-dated practices and developing continual improvement processes for Company business.
• Ensure to involve in a variety of responsibilities such as Business planning, Project management, as Finance - developing budgets, performing cost reduction research, handling accounts receivable/payable/ as Human Resources - recruiting and training for employees, reporting on employee performance, office and facilities management, clerical tasks, writing contracts, using database systems.
• To carry out any other duty and responsibilities as may be reasonable expected of an Admin Manager position.
• Reports to Management directly for all activities related with Public Relations in daily, monthly, annually.
• Coordinate and assist to other Departments for Company’s business.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor & Management, if required.

Job Requirements

Must be a University degree holder (plus Diploma & Master degree are preferable).
• Age above 35 years old and Male Only.
• At least 5 years’ experience in related field.
• Able to type Myanmar font very well and also issue the office letters.
• Excellence skill in English language applicable.
• Must have positive working attitude, pleasant personality & matured, energetic.
• Able to travel related business trip, able to solve problems if necessary.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must have skill in Computer Literate with Microsoft Office Application and email.
• Excellence in organizational skill including, communications skill, negation skill and problem solving skill.
• Must be Team player and able to work under pressure.
