Job Description

- Management petty cash usage with excel and prepare the replenishment
- Day to day monitoring the overall attendance of all employee and upload to HR system
- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for open positions
- Perform Initial screening to shortlist qualified candidates
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Monitors and recording of all company Fix Assets and Physical Assets
- Track stock of office supplies and replacement when necessary
- Supporting the day to day operations
- Providing general administrative support and assist to CEO
