Your Role;• This position is responsible to answer the phone calls and assist in other general office administration.Your Responsibilities;• Meet and greet the visitors who came to office and direct to the respective persons.• Answer and transfer the phone calls.• Prepare to purchase monthly stationery and pantry items for all departments.• Dealing with suppliers for quotations.• Make sure that the office environment is always need and clean.• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
• Degree holder in any field.• Fresh graduate is welcomed.• Computer Literate in Microsoft Office. • Proficient in English.• Positive working attitude.• Willing to learn.
