Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• perform data entry for daily, weekly and monthly cash reports and scan documents
• assist in resolving any administrative problems
• run the Company’s errands to post office, banks tax & social security board office
• answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
• prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• maintain office supplies and inventory control for department
• giving inputs and assist in preparation of the Company’s profile, presentations, brochures, flyers and other types of sales and marketing related items
• help in preparation for the quotations, invoices, purchase orders and delivery orders to sales team
• prepare refreshments for the guests
• ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Job Requirements

• Must be sociable and must have strong communication skills
• Must be able to use Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint
• Added advantage for able to communicate in English (not a must)
• Must be punctual and discipline for working hours
• Must be able to work independently
