• ID creative solutions is looking for an Admin Assistant with CRM Capabilities
• Applicants must have working experience , CRM experience and spoken English is essential.

This position plays a key role within the admin department and will provide comprehensive admin support to the project team assisting the day to day operation and implementing a CRM system.
• CRM systems implementation and maintenance.
• Operating a range of office machine such as photocopiers and printers
• Taking memos
• Visiting to another office on business
• Maintaining files paper and documents
• Dealing with government office

• Qualification & Skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of CRM or similar solutions
• Must have time management & planning skills
• Negotiations skill with suppliers
• The ability of writing skill, reporting skill, Microsoft office skills and multi-tasking skill
• Communicate English is essential
