What you will do

- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations
- Manage & Control schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g electricians, gardeners)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast of all organizational changes and business developments

What you are good at

- Male (Age +/-40)
- Any degree holder with +/-10 years of relevant working experience (Prefer MBA or Diploma of Business Management holder)
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent English 4 skills
- Must be able to travel within short notice
- Experience to deal with Government and authority officials (eg. Ministries, MIC, YCDC, MGMA etc)
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Computer Skills
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
