Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Provide logistical, administrative and financial support as part of the Admin team;
• Manage contracts and payment matters with clients and consultants for new branch project;
• Develop and manage budgets for new branch projects;
• Writing proposals about new branch project to Management;
• Develop field research plans (logistics);
• Communicate with clients to ensure that projects are implemented efficiently;
• Edit reports from external consultants;
• Potentially undertake desk-based and primary research for projects (making trips to the field when necessary);
Administration
• Ensuring in administration management;
• Ensuring in general affair (security, cleaner, maintenance team, building, etc);
• Ensuring in purchasing cycle for whole company;
• Communicating with external consultants in English and Chinese (prefer) to ensure their participation and to gather all inputs required for proposals;
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management Team.

Job Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management, -Administration, or other relevant discipline;
-Excellent in communication skills in English and Chinese(prefer);
-Must have 5years experienced with administrative, financial and logistical tasks is preferred;
-Excellent communication with community organizations, government officials, corporate executives, general public and staff;
-Intermediate level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email);
-Flexibility and ability to multi-task under pressure;
-Proven ability to work in teams and independently;
