A Good Opportunity for ..

 Fully responsible for procurement and overall Admin Management.
 Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to
streamline processes
 Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to
facilitate other business operations
 Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with
attention to budgetary constraints.
 Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
 Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
 Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
 At least 5 experience in related field.
 Must have experience in office procurement filed.
 Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
 Must have experiences in Car Maintain, Fuel Issue, License renew.
 Strong people management skills and good organization skills
