Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Supervising and monitoring the process of legal issues (coordinate with Legal Advisor)
• Arrange the travel ticket booking & hotel booking for Local & Oversea trip
• Manage all function of reception (serve visitors & customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately)
• Maintain office cleaning and enjoyable environment
• Arrange uniform for all staffs
• Arrange meeting room booking for management meeting and other meeting
• Arrange events and activities
• Maintaining the documentation of the administrative process
• Arrange the schedule process of all vehicles (maintain records, servicing, registration, licence and etc…)
• Manage all drivers’ schedule
• Control the petty cash for Admin Department
• Follow the instruction of Manager depend on situation

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate
• Minimum experience of (3) years in administration fields
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Myanmar
• Proficiency in computer literacy
