- တကၠသိုလ္ တစ္ခုခု မွ ဘြဲ႕ရျပီးသူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။

- Admin/HR ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ စီမံအုပ္ခ်ဳပ္မႈ ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာအေတြ႕ အႀကံဳ (၃)ႏွစ္အထက္၇ွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။

- HR/Management နွင္႔ သက္ဆုိင္ေသာ Diploma/Certificate ရ၇ွိထားသူျဖစ္ရမည္။

- အစိုးရ ရံုးသို႔ ၀င္ေရာက္သြားလာ နိုင္ျပီး လူမႈဆက္ဆံေရး အထူးေကာင္းမြန္ ရမည္။
