- ဘြဲ႕ရ၊ အသက္(၃၅)ႏွစ္ မွ (၄၅)ႏွစ္ အတြင္း ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- Administrative ႏွင့္ သက္ဆိုင္လုပ္ငန္း အေတြ႕အၾကံဳ အနည္းဆံဳုး (၃)ႏွစ္ ရိွရမည္။
- ရံုးလုပ္ငန္းဆိုင္ရာ ကိစၥမ်ားကို စီစဥ္လုပ္ကိုင္ႏုိင္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အသင္းအဖြဲ႕ႏွင့္ လုပ္ကိုင္ရာတြင္ ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္မ်ားကို လုိက္နာႏုိင္ျပီး အဖြဲ႕၀င္မ်ားကို ျပန္လည္ညႊန္ၾကားႏုိင္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- ဦးေဆာင္မွဳေကာင္း၍ စည္းကမ္းလုိက္နာမွဳ ရိွမရိွ တိက်ေသခ်ာစြာ စစ္ေဆးႏုိင္ရမည္။
- Computer ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ (Microsoft Office) အသံုးျပဳႏုိင္ရမည္။
