* Developing job descriptions and job advertisements, and screening and interviewing candidates
* Manage payroll related activities
* Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
* Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization
* Need to handle the staffs’ problems between staff and the Management
* Handle all of the problems related to staffing.
* Need to do every specification that the HR Manager needs to do, overall
* Prepares yearly HR & Admin budgets
* HR & Admin periodic statistical analysis reports

Job Requirements

* Any Graduate ( preferable with HR certificate (or) HR diploma)
* At least more than 5 years of experiences in related field
* Able to speak and write English fluently
* Able to use Microsoft application/email and internet
* Understanding and practical knowledge of labor law
* Good personal organizational skills including time management and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Problem Solving Skills
* Good leadership Skills & Good organization Skills
* Able to Travel(sometimes)
* Can you work Mandalay at Least 6Months and go back YGN
