- Office administrative works including Visa application and travel arrangements
- Handle ad-hoc admin tasks, Buying Stationary and Fix Assets and Renewal of the vehicle license.
- Communicate and report to all concerned
- Documentation and renewal of company registration, all other license
- Arrange to pay monthly/annual bills
- Responsible to manage for office supplies, procurements.
- supporting in staffs follow to the office policy, rules & regulation appraisals, managing performance etc
- Arranging events, function, business meeting when needed
- Going to Government office and meeting with officer.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate, A Bachelor or Master Degree.
• A minimum 3 years of good experience as Admin Manager.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English. Further languages are highly appreciated (Chinese etc.)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
