Job Description

Responsibilities
1- Able to do the administrative works such as have to communicate with other departments
2- Responsible to arrange GTMH's events and parties (include sourcing info, requesting price quotes)
3- Monitor and check the petty cash usage
4- Monitor a system of controls, procedures and forms for the recording of fixed assets
5- Supervising in office inventories and purchasing offices supplies (also include business cards, ID cards)
6- As a middle management position,need to analyze and compare the prices and quotations for offices supplies
7- Advising updated admin policies and procedures for management's consideration
8- Managing daily transportation arrangement, monitoring and supervising drivers, maintenance of motor vehicles, car license extension and insurances
9- Monitoring office building maintenance and security issues
10- Managing and controlling drivers, securities and cleaners to ensure their duties and responsibilities
11- Communicating and taking responsibilities of government related matters
12- Preparing Admin Expenses Report and budget plan
13- Managing office equipment and verifying of admin expenses
14- Handling office expenditure within the budgetary limits
15- Ensure operations adhere to rules and regulations
16- Other Adhoc duties assigned by management and CFO

Job Requirements

Requirements
1- Proven management experiences in related filed will be preferred
2- Bachelor degree holder ( Bachelor or Master degree of business administration is prefer)
3- Able to communicate with government officials
4- Fluent in English , Further languages are highly appreciated ( Chinese, etc)
5- Excellent skills in MS office applications
