Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

-Call customers to confirm appointments and get client feedback.
-Act as a stand-in for the operations desk when needed.
-Scheduling client appointments and updating client database.
-Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
-Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the manager to take
notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
-Help plan and schedule treatment times and routes for the service teams.
-Supervising for purchasing of Office Equipment
-Arranging to apply the company license yearly
-Handling & Checking Company Fixed Assets List
-Vehicle Management (HO/Branch/Factory)
-Controlling Administration work
-Controlling & Checking Mobile & Petrol usage
-Motivation & Evaluating on Vehicle Driver
-Monitoring & Evaluating Security Performance

Job Requirements

-Fluent in both spoken and written Myanmar and English.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
-Experience planning and scheduling appointments.
-Good knowledge of the geography of Yangon would help.
-Degree or diploma educated.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Enthusiasm, drive and a can do attitude.
-Confidence
