Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1. Make the Administration Policy, Procedure and Plan for ISO Standard.
2. Be responsible for necessary administrative activities including front desk handling, office coordination, data entry, retrieving and filing data and logistics, etc.;
3. Keep detailed records of all legal and contractual matters and manage all project related filing and documentation;
4. Approve contract agreements and purchase of goods or services within the authority
5. Organize travel arrangements (hotel and ticket booking) for the business trips of employees;
6. Handle office and vehicle maintenance and others facilities management of SBU;
7. Arrange necessary security management and monitor the security of office building;
8. Manage the housekeeping activities (cleaning, food services, others)
9. Manage the daily motor vehicle arrangement for the departments
10. Monitor vehicle usage, arrange ferry services for employees and handle repair and maintenance of vehicles
11. Coordinate meeting room bookings and teleconference bookings as required;
12. Collaborate with the person in charge of Admin in Corporate Office for necessary documents to do license and contract extension of fixed assets;
13. Liaise with the person in charge of Procurement in Corporate Office for allocation of fixed assets, office’sconsumables (stationary, etc.) to the office;
14. Communicate with Finance head and Corporate Finance to prepare estimate budget of admin activities;
15. Government Tax Arrange, All Government Registration Card & Vehicle Registration Card Extension.
Arrange the Administration Monthly Report
16. Be responsible and report regularly on activities and business operations to General Manager
17. Coordination with other Divisions and Departments
18. Coordination with relevant Government of Myanmar counterparts and agencies

Job Requirements

University Bachelor Degree, Business Management and Administration Diploma
At least 5 years of experience in Administration
Understanding of office management policy and procedure and departmental and legal policies
Proficiency in English language
Proficiency in the use of computers especially Microsoft Office
