What you will do
• Schedule and arrange Company transportation/ferry for the senior managers, employees and visitors.
• Manage Company drivers’ schedule as well as the annual maintenance and inspection of the Company’s vehicles
*Manage Company Cleaner’s and Security Schedule as well.
*Tracking the company vehicles with GPS , prevent miss usage of Company Vehicles
• Conduct regular checks on Company drivers’ record sheet and surprise physical inspection on each of the vehicles.
• Review Company’s transportation costs such as petrol claims, parking, repairs and servicing against invoices submitted by Admin Assistants before submitting invoices to Finance Manager.
• Prepare monthly transportation report on company’s vehicles costs for Director to review.
• In-charge of uniform arrangement and update proper record of the uniform annual issuance and replacement and to collect back the uniform from resigned or terminated employees.
• Cooperate with local purchaser for purchasing the office supplies such as office stationeries, and other office needs on a monthly basis.
• Ensure office facilities and all office equipment such as telephones, air-conditioners, generators, etc. are well maintained and to contact vendors for regular servicing and/or repairs.
• Update and maintain proper record of company assets or properties given/issued to new and existing managers and employees such as office keys, computer and accessories, etc.
• Cooperate with HR Manager to handle expatriates’ relocation from their home country to Myanmar such as house rental, air-port pick-up on their first arrival, transportation, meal arrangement, etc.
• Manage for the administrative needs at other branches and outlets.
• Assess Admin Assistants’ performance and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Cooperate with HR Manager to organize company-wide events such as Town-hall meeting, in-house trainings, annual gathering, annual trip or dinner, etc.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Director/Managing Director.
Job Requirements
. Bachelor degree holder/ Degree in Business Management/Administration is preferable.
. At least 3 years of general administration experience
