Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures, systems and processes
• Play Major roles in Supporting Key Departments for information and process flow
• Manage schedules, deadlines and priorities
• Monitor, Manage and Maintain inventory consists of Vehicles, Office Supplies, Raw Materials and Fixed assets
• Plan and manage costs and expenses
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and stakeholders (e.g electricity, water supply, vehicles and production machines)
• Oversee other necessary office activities (e.g - recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Implement and develop general policies and guidelines
• Managing and training necessary manpower for admin team
• Lead and guide team members for improvement and development

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as administration manager or assistant manager
• In-depth understanding of office management, facilities management, vehicle management and production machines well-functioning.
• Good with problem-solving skills and Time management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A team player with good self-discipline and leadership skills
• Related Degree or Diploma
• At least 3 years’ experience in Factory Administrative Management or related field
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must be able to work at Shwe Pyi Thar Townships
