• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems

• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space

• Manage schedules and deadlines

• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

• Knowledge of the principles of office management including organization, workflow, forms, supplies, equipment, and procedures relating to filing, record keeping, correspondence, mail, procurement, stock keeping, and duplicating

• Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Provides communication systems

• Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.

• Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.

• Budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.

• Overall admin management
