Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- The Admin Officer cum Project Coordinator will be willing to learn and to grow with them
the project team and Government Ministry.
 Coordinate the operation of the project teams
 Answer phone inquiries direct calls to the project team
 Monitor and maintain office equipment and general office repairs where required
 Arrange travels for the project team, oversee and prepare expense reports and
budgets
 Prepare financial reports (budgets and expenses of the project and office)
 Support the Office Manager and the project team when required
 Support the project team in translation/interpretation when and if required
 Report to the Line Manager on daily activities

Job Requirements

MUST
 Living in Nay Pyi Taw or willing to relocate to Nay Pyi Taw
 Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
 Good English
 Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and
Excel), scheduling appointments/updating calendars
 Holds a university degree
DESIRED
 Able to work with Government Ministry office
 Self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision
 Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects
 Good communication skills (written and verbal)
 Good at planning and time management
