Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1)Responsible for Office Maintenance Management
 Dealing with house broker or owner for office rental
 Dealing with interior decoration persons for office renovation (painting, office room etc.)
 Dealing with government department (municipal, telecommunication and electrical department) for water, power meter, phone bill,etc.)
2 )Responsible for Vehicle Management
 Responsible for HQ Car and Light Truck management and Motorcycles for all branches
 Identifying list of preferred suppliers, where possible, consolidating to ensure economies of scale
3 )Responsible for Procurement
 Working with Branch Manager and HQ management to understand purchasing requirements for new branch establishment or replenishment, and ensuring that assets are delivered
and installed in a timely manner as needed.
 Preparing purchase orders
 Purchasing and arranging to transport assets or marketing materials to branches or HQ
 Receiving goods at HQ and ensuring HQ receives delivery order (DO) if HQ is paying for items and to ensure delivery of all goods ordered, and to pass to Finance department the relevant DO
and invoices for payment processing.
 Managing main IN and OUT with government departments

Job Requirements

 Any Bachelor Degree
 Preferably 2/3 years’ experience in relevant job
 Strong analytical skills with excellent written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely express analytical conclusions and recommended actions.
 Ability to work under pressure
 Multi-tasking ability
 Good command over computer
 Clear communication with all level of staff.
