We are operating and managing an office building in downtown Yangon. Our company handles the management services of an office building in terms of customer care, maintenance, finances, sales/marketing & human resources.

- Study the Yangon commercial real estate market
- Contact new customer daily and keep in touch.
- Build a good customer relationship with our office tenants
- Analyze customer's satisfactions through surveys and meet ups
- Report back to the general manager
- Prepare data survey for market and customer information
- Create and record spreadsheets for company's work acitivities

Job Requirements

Must be alert and energetic
• Must obtain good work ethnics
• Must be able to speak & write fluent/good English
• Must know how to use microsoft word, excel & powerpoint.
• Must have experience in Building Management field for 1-2 years.
