An Exciting Opportunity for ...

 Coordinate with various departments within Head Office and branch offices for administration tasks
 Assist in repair, maintenance and replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, building etc..
 Handle applying company licenses and other documentation
 Follow up monthly charges of phone bill, internet bill, meter bill and settle payment
 Assist in arranging company events, trip, etc.
 Assist in preparing proposal to Government office

 Age must be over 23
 Fair in English 4 skills
 Minimum 1 years’ experience in office administration
 Must be active team player with good communication skill
