* Manage in arrange daily car route request
* Be in charge of vehicle management (repair/license renewal/rental/petrol control/GPS)
* Manage and supervise car drivers
* Fixed assets management
* Organize and supervise office and factory recycling, renovation, construction
* Be in charge of building management
* Be in charge of various license application and renewal
* Manage and solving requests and complaints of crossed departments
* Ensure smooth operation of administrative procedures and systems
* Be in charge of managing all office facilities maintenance

Job Requirements

* Bachelor Degree
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Administrative field
* Having experience in manufacturing companies is preferable
* Strong organization skills with problem solving attitude
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Good Computer skills (MS World, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skill
