Manage the relationship with the Client on behalf of Company.
Liaising with Client management for staff Work Schedule.
Handle and solve employee issues and problem.
Coordinate Work activities with departments involved in Project.
Report to head of Department, Regularly Meeting with them as required.
Control and manage the security team to ensure a safe and secured working environment.
Liaising with Regional Labour Office for implementing proper employment policy.
Manage & Control Office Staff & Operational Procedure.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate. Degree/ Diploma in Administration Management.
8 years of experience in Admin&HR management field.
Experienced in people management in Road & Bridge project preferred.
Flexible and able to travel and be prepared to relocate to Hpa-An,during the project period.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Good command of English(Written and Spoken)
