• Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Area Manager and Branch Manager relevant region
- Coordinate repairs to branch office equipment
- Coordinate branch office procedures relevant admin work
- Make sure order office supplies
- Checking the branch renovation and office maintenance
- Communicate with supplier
- Monitoring the branch office contract date and conditions
- Make sure stay permit for foreigner staff
- Distribution the quarterly office accessories
- Make sure providing the branch facilities

Job Requirements

• Requirements

- Must have bachelor degree from University
- Must be use computer (Word, Excel and outlook mail)
- Must have admin background as least 2 year experience
- Must be communicate with government office
- Must have negotiation and communication skills
- Must have knowledge of office management system and procedures
- Can speak English, preferably
