- Working co-operatively, as part of a team to provide efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to staffs in office and out-of-office staffs.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for manager
- Prepare timely sales report and prepare presentation / proposal as assigned

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant,office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
