Job Requirements

• - Any bachelor with MBA / Diploma/ Certificate in Business Management
• - At least 5 years relevant work experience, 2 years of which in supervisory or managerial position
• - Must be demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and unusual common sense
• - Experience in organizational development and change management
• - Possesses good planning, organizing, directing, controlling skills and strong leadership skill
• - Computer literate
• - Comprehensive skills in English speaking and writing (is preferred)
• - Good knowledge of food safety and quality management systems (is preferred)
