Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Ensure timely and high-quality communication, responding to admissions inquiries assigned
• Be proactive and responsive to all school admissions inquiries
• Record all inquiries and their contact details into a designated system, closing out unresponsive inquiries in a timely fashion
• Prepare timely reporting of sales performance vs. targets as well as sales activity
• Schedule and conduct individual and group tours of the campus
• Get to know potential students and parents and ask questions to find out their deep-seated needs for choosing a school
• Facilitate the application and assessment process and collaborate with the faculty and student services when required
• Follow up on inquiries and visits through emails and phone calls in a timely manner
• Facilitate the communication between the school finance team and families to ensure that payments are organized smoothly
• Liaise closely with faculty and student services to ensure smooth orientations for new students
• Follow up with leads that have become unresponsive to rekindle their interest
• Support the school in identifying opportunities for improvements and risks to alleviate

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or other education in relevant field
• 3-5 years of strong sales experiences in related or service industry field
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; second language a plus
• Experience with customer relationship tools such as Sales force a plus
• The ability to sell and handle the customers efficiently
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition
• Capability to grow in a competitive environment
