Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1- Be part of the Account Management department


• Short and long term plans to develop the department
• Manage and supervise the Account Executive
• Initiate changes, share thoughts and ideas


2- Participate in the (new) clients’ pitches

• Attend the briefing and proposal meetings as the agency’s spokesperson
• Brainstorm with the Strategic team and the other involved departments (Digital, Event, PR…)
• Work on the overall campaign strategy from the benchmark to the creative concept

3- Master the relationship between the agency and the clients

• Daily communication and frequent meetings
• Work on integrated marketing campaigns from concept to production to reporting
• Be pro-active in the client’s relationship and monitor the work in progress

4- Supervise the internal relationship between your Account Management team and the other departments

• Daily communication with the digital, creative, production and other teams to supervise the projects
• Participate in the weekly meetings with the other agency’s managers

Job Requirements

• Successful candidates should have at least two years experience in advertising or communication agency in Myanmar or abroad

• We are looking for someone dynamic, motivated, with good communications skills, open-minded, curious and serious

• As the working language is English that you would have to work with our international clients, your english skills need to be excellent

• You have an entrepreneurship spirit
