2. လစဥ္ Advertising အတြက္ Budget ျပင္ဆင္၍ ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္ေတာင္းခံျခင္း။
3. Media Plan ကို Project အလိုက္ Schedule ေရးဆြဲျခင္း။
4. Designer မ်ားကို လိုအပ္ေသာ Design Project မ်ား တာ၀န္ခြဲေ၀ေပးျခင္း။
5. Digital Marketing က႑ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ၿပီး ပိုမိုတိုးတက္ေအာင္ျမင္ေစေရးအတြက္ စီမံေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း
6. Advertising အတြက္ Quality Design ႏွင့္ Concept မ်ားပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္ေရးအတြက္ တီထြင္ျခင္း
7. မိမိတို႔ေၾကာ္ျငာမ်ား ထိေရာက္မွန္ကန္စြာ ရွိေရးအတြက္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
8. Advertising အတြက္လိုအပ္ေသာ Data မ်ားအား သက္ဆိုင္ ဌာနမ်ားထံမွ စုေဆာင္းေပးျခင္း။
9. Merchandising ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ၿပီးလိုအပ္ေသာ စီမံပံ့ပိုးမႈ ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း
10. ေၾကာ္ျငာ ကုန္က်စရိတ္မ်ားကို လစဥ္ Project မ်ားအလိုက္ အေသးစိတ္ စာရင္းျပဳတင္ျပျခင္း။
11. Online Marketing ႏွင့္ Public Communication ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ စီမံတီထြင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း
12. အခါအားေလွ်ာ္စြာ ျပဳလုပ္က်င္းပေသာအဖြဲ႔တြင္းလုပ္ငန္းညွိႏႈိင္း အစည္းအေ၀းမ်ားတြင္ တက္ေရာက္၍ပူး ေပါင္းပါ၀င္ ေဆြးေႏြးျခင္းႏွင့္ ဆံုးျဖတ္ျခင္းမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ရန္။

2. သက္ဆိုင္တာ၀န္ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ေသာ ေစ်းကြက္ စီမံခန္႔ခြဲမႈ ဘဲြ႔ ( သို႔ ) ဒီပလိုမာ လက္မွတ္ ရရွိရမည္။
3. က်န္းမာေရးအထူးေကာင္းမြန္ၿပီး လိုအပ္ပါက နယ္ခရီး ( သို႔ ) ႏိုင္ငံျခားခရီး သြားေရာက္တာ၀န္ ထမ္းေဆာင္ ႏိုင္ရမည္။
4. အသက္ ၃၅ ႏွင့္ ၃၉ ၾကား သြက္လက္ထက္ျမက္ၿပီး လုပ္ငန္းေအာင္ျမင္ေရးအတြက္ ဦးေဆာင္ႏိုင္စြမ္းရွိရမည္။
5. သက္ဆိုင္ရာ လုပ္သက္အေတြ႔အႀကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး ၅ ႏွစ္ ရွိရမည္။
6. အဂၤလိပ္စာ ( 4 ) Skill ကၽြမ္းက်င္ရမည္။
