-Must know not only Yangon but also outside of Yangon Market clearly
-Must have connections to SuperMarkets, Department Stores, Wholesales & Retail shops in Yangon & outside of Yangon
-Good communication & Negotiation Skill, Leadership skill, Patient, Hard working, Honest
-Must have clear mind and devoted mind set.
-Can work almost similar as General Manger level.
